We triage remotely — free
Roughly one call in five is solved on the phone or over a remote session. We tell you that before dispatching anyone.
You get a fixed quote
Visit charge, estimated on-site hours, travel and any material, itemised in writing. Work starts after you approve.
Closure with a report
Photographs, what was replaced, configuration backup where applicable, and a signed service report against the ticket number.
